Masoon is a Qur'an memorization (ḥifẓ) planning and accountability app. It converts a memorization curriculum into daily and sub-daily tasks with progress forecasting. Masoon supports individual learners as well as, for organizations and halaqah/summer-camp programs, supervised group learning with teacher, supervisor, organization-admin, and read-only parent roles. Masoon does not include an audio reciter, tajweed checker, automatic recitation assessment (ASR), or audio-recording feature of any kind.
You do not have to create an account to use Masoon's core planning features offline. If you choose to sign in, you can use an email one-time code, Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or (where enabled) a WhatsApp one-time code. Signing in with Apple may use Apple's "Hide My Email" relay; we only receive whatever address Apple forwards to us. Purchases are always billed by Apple through the App Store — see §3 and the EULA.

details — we never see your card number.Backups are files you control. Settings → Backup & restore also lets you export your plan and its full history to a single local file, independent of account sync, which you can store, transfer, or delete however you choose. We never see that file unless you send it to us yourself (for example, attached to a support request).
Signed-in data (accounts, plan/progress events, entitlement records) is stored on infrastructure we operate ourselves — a dedicated server we rent from a hosting provider, running our own PostgreSQL database and our own backend services. We do not use a managed backend-as-a-service provider for this data. That server is located in the European Union, which may be a different country from yours; using Masoon's sign-in or sync features means your data is transferred to and processed there. If you need to confirm the current hosting region for a compliance reason, contact us (§9) and we will tell you.
We keep your signed-in data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and its associated server-side data from within the app (Settings → Account) once that control is available in your installed version, or at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. A deletion request starts a 14-day grace period during which you can cancel the request and keep your account; after that period, your account and the server-side data tied to it are deleted. Deleting the app itself only removes the local copy on your device — if you are signed in, request account deletion separately using the methods above to remove the server-side copy too.
Masoon shares data with the following processors, and only for the purpose stated:
We use no advertising network and no analytics or crash-reporting service. If that changes in a future update, this policy will be updated first to name exactly who processes what, before you're asked to opt in.
Masoon is built to minimize data collected from children. In an individual account, a learner of any age can use Masoon's local planning features without an account; signing in still only collects the identifiers in §3. In an organization/halaqah context, a child may be enrolled as a student by an organization admin or teacher; we log organization access to a student's data for accountability, and a linked parent role is read-only — a parent account can view permitted progress and reports but cannot edit a child's plan or data. We do not use children's data for advertising, and we collect only what the organization's supervision workflow requires (enrollment, plan/progress, and any guardian contact the organization records).

أبداً.النسخ الاحتياطية ملفات تتحكّم بها بنفسك. يتيح لك الإعدادات ← النسخ والاستعادة أيضاً تصدير خطتك وسجلّها الكامل إلى ملف محلي واحد، مستقلٍّ عن مزامنة الحساب، يمكنك تخزينه أو نقله أو حذفه كما تشاء. نحن لا نرى ذلك الملف أبداً ما لم تُرسله إلينا بنفسك (مثلاً، مرفقاً بطلب دعم).
بيانات المستخدمين المسجّلين (الحسابات، أحداث الخطة والتقدّم، سجلّات الاستحقاق) تُخزَّن لدى بنية تحتية نُشغّلها بأنفسنا — خادم مخصّص نستأجره من مزوّد استضافة، يعمل عليه نظام قواعد بيانات PostgreSQL الخاص بنا وخدماتنا الخلفية. لا نستخدم مزوّد خدمات خلفية مُدارة لهذه البيانات. يقع هذا الخادم في الاتحاد الأوروبي، وقد يكون بلداً مختلفاً عن بلدك؛ استخدامك لميزات تسجيل الدخول أو المزامنة في مصون يعني نقل بياناتك ومعالجتها في أي منطقة تُعالَج فيها بياناتك. إن احتجت تأكيد منطقة الاستضافة الحالية لأي غرض امتثالي، فراسلنا في هذه الوثيقة؛ إن احتجت معرفة منطقة الاستضافة الحالية لأي غرض امتثالي، راسلنا (القسم ٩) وسنُخبرك.
نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك المسجَّل طالما كان حسابك نشطاً. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناته على الخادم من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← الحساب) متى توفّر هذا الخيار في نسختك المُثبَّتة، أو في أي وقت بمراسلتنا على [email protected]. يبدأ طلب الحذف مهلة سماح مدتها ١٤ يوماً يمكنك خلالها إلغاء الطلب والاحتفاظ بحسابك؛ وبعد انتهاء تلك المهلة، يُحذَف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به على الخادم. حذف التطبيق نفسه يُزيل فقط النسخة المحلية على جهازك؛ إن كنت مسجّلاً للدخول، فاطلب حذف الحساب بشكل منفصل بالطرق أعلاه لإزالة النسخة على الخادم أيضاً.
نُشارك البيانات مع الجهات المعالِجة التالية، وللغرض المذكور فقط:
لا نستخدم أي شبكة إعلانات ولا أي خدمة تحليلات أو تبليغ عن الأعطال. وإن تغيّر ذلك في تحديث قادم، فستُحدَّث هذه السياسة أولاً لتُسمّي بدقّة من يُعالِج ماذا، قبل أن يُطلَب منك الموافقة.
صُمِّم مصون لتقليل البيانات المُجمَّعة من الأطفال. في الحساب الفردي، يمكن لمتعلّم من أي عمر استخدام ميزات التخطيط المحلية في مصون دون حساب؛ وتسجيل الدخول لا يزال يجمع فقط المعرِّفات المذكورة في القسم ٣. وفي سياق مؤسسة/حلقة تحفيظ، قد يُسجَّل طفل كطالب من قِبل مسؤول مؤسسة أو معلّم؛ نُسجِّل وصول المؤسسة إلى بيانات الطالب لأغراض المساءلة، ودور ولي الأمر المرتبط اطّلاع فقط: يمكن لحساب ولي الأمر مشاهدة التقدّم والتقارير المسموح بها لكن لا يمكنه تعديل خطة الطفل أو بياناته. لا نستخدم بيانات الأطفال لأغراض إعلانية، ولا نجمع إلا ما يتطلّبه سير عمل إشراف المؤسسة (التسجيل، الخطة والتقدّم، وأي بيانات تواصل ولي أمر تُسجِّلها المؤسسة).
